🇺🇸 You’re Invited! 🇺🇸 Come support our 5th Grade students as they bring history to life at the Living Wax Museum! 📅 March 12, 2026 ⏰ 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM 📍 Canton Elementary Gym During this special event, students will “come alive” as important figures from the American Revolution while you tour the museum. Stop by their displays, learn fascinating facts, and hear the stories of the people who helped shape our nation. This is a fun and interactive evening for families, friends, and community members. We would love for you to come see all the hard work our students have put into this project! ⭐ We hope to see you there

Our Silly Seuss Week! Oh what a week, what fun we’ve had, With Seuss-y stories — happy, not sad! We met some friends both big and small, The Cat in the Hat came to call! We read of foxes in bright red socks, And fish who swim in colorful flocks. We talked about trees with the Lorax too, And learned some things that are brand new! But today was the messiest fun of all, With gooey goop that jiggles and falls. We mixed and stirred and gave it a check — We made our own oobleck! It’s squishy, splashy, slimy and green, The strangest goo you’ve ever seen! So if your kid comes home today A little messy — that’s okay! Just know they learned and laughed all week In our silly Seuss-tastic Pre-K!

Gate class was learning about binary coding. Students explored how computers use only two numbers, 0 and 1, to communicate and store information.

🎉 Big Congratulations to Our Very Own Knox Smith! 🎉 We are incredibly proud of our 6th grader, Knox Smith, for earning 🥇 1st Place in Division 6 at the Oklahoma Association of Conservation Districts State Poster Contest! His creative and thoughtful poster, “Home is Where the Habitat is,” truly stood out among entries from across the state. 🌿🏡 As an added honor, Knox’s work has been selected as a National entry representing Oklahoma—what an amazing accomplishment!
