The FFA officer team has been on the road the past few days heading to Indianapolis for the National FFA Convention. Day one was filled with traveling and then a fun evening at the Airbnb in Illinois. Day Two was more traveling to Louisville, Kentucky to tour the Louisville Slugger Museum, site see at Churchill Downs, and then back on the road to the Airbnb in Indiana for the night. Day 3 we started out with attending the National FFA Convention Center in the morning, and then have more to explore this evening. Then tomorrow the American Degree ceremony, to watch Blair Dowell, Marci Kopf, and Emma Hoffman walk across the stage.

🎃 Pumpkin Decorating Contest Fun! 🎃

Our high school clubs showed off their creativity and school spirit in this year’s Pumpkin Decorating Contest! Each club designed a pumpkin that represented their group’s activities, and the results were incredible. From clever themes to amazing artistry, our students truly showcased their talent and teamwork.

The Academic Team won first place with their Albert Einstein creation!

We’re so proud of the effort each club put into their designs — what a fun way to celebrate fall and our Tiger pride! 🐯🧡🖤

We are so close to reaching our goal of 20 trees!!! There are 3 more trees that need sponsors. Please help sponsor a tree for the classes, organizations, clubs and sports. They will be decorating their tree and placing them in the library hallway right after Thanksgiving break.

We are looking for sponsors for 20 trees total and need 14 more to reach our goal. There will be a sponsorship sign posted to thank the generous donors!

You can stop by the school to check out the trees anytime after Thanksgiving break.

Join us for our Elementary Halloween Costume Parade on Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the elementary gym!
Students in Pre-K through 6th grade will show off their spooktacular costumes. 🧙‍♀️🦸‍♂️
💵 Cash prizes provided by the Canton Child Study Club!
Parents, friends, and family are invited — please sit in the bleachers and enjoy the fun!
Costumes in the High School building will be judged at a later time.

Last night, we celebrated our NHS students during an induction ceremony! 🌟 We are so proud of their hard work, leadership, and commitment to serving others. We can’t wait to see the positive impact they’ll continue to make in our school and community. 🧡🖤 #TigerNation

Canton Special Olympics will compete in unified bowling, Friday, October 31st. We will leave the school at 9:30 and return by 4:30.

XC season ended a week earlier than we had planned. Aiden barely missed qualifying for State and Landon wasn't far behind. These high school athletes worked hard this season, and know what it will take to be where we want next season.

Red Ribbon Week, celebrated from October 27 to October 31, is a significant event dedicated to promoting drug awareness and prevention among youth. This week serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of living a drug-free lifestyle and encourages communities to unite in creating a safe environment for children and teenagers. Let's have some fun dressing up this week while spreading awareness!

📣 Important Update for Today’s Homecoming Events 📣

Due to the weather, we have a few schedule changes to share:

1️⃣ The parade has been canceled.
2️⃣ The pep rally will now begin at 2:30 PM in the high school gym.
3️⃣ The coronation for homecoming will also take place in the high school gym, starting at 6:20 PM.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and flexibility — we’re still looking forward to celebrating together indoors! 🖤🧡🐯
