✨Canton Promenade information for Saturday, March 28th, 2026. ✨. Lights! Camera! Action! 🎥❤️✨ 🕕Lineup for the promenade will begin at 5:15pm. We will start with one lane (left) for the juniors and one lane (right) for the seniors side-by-side in between the Canton high school and Canton elementary driveway.(Picture below provided). ❤️Promenade will start at 5:30pm. We will start promenade with juniors, then seniors. As it starts, you will drive up to cafeteria doors one car at a time. Exit vehicle and have a parent, friend or Guardian park your vehicle in the Canton High School parking lot. 🎥Guests, please line both sides of the red carpet! 📣Students will be announced outside. They will stop for pictures then make their way inside and down the hallway towards front office to get onto the bus to be taken to the venue. If you’re driving your own vehicle, have a family member drive your vehicle to the front of the high school doors to follow the bus. Remember that only students with a signed waiver at the office will be allowed to drive their own vehicles to the prom venue. All others must ride the bus. 🚌 Canton High School looks forward to seeing you at promenade!

The 5th grade wax museum will be closing soon (6:15ish)!

Art students' work in progress. . . The sculptures now have paper towel 'skin' glued onto the surface. I'm proud of the kids using their imagination to create their own forms. Next step is to paint!!

Stop by their displays, learn fascinating facts, and hear the stories of the people who helped shape our nation. This is a fun and interactive evening for families, friends, and community members. We would love for you to come see all the hard work our students have put into this project! ⭐ We hope to see you there

Our Silly Seuss Week! Oh what a week, what fun we’ve had, With Seuss-y stories — happy, not sad! We met some friends both big and small, The Cat in the Hat came to call! We read of foxes in bright red socks, And fish who swim in colorful flocks. We talked about trees with the Lorax too, And learned some things that are brand new! But today was the messiest fun of all, With gooey goop that jiggles and falls. We mixed and stirred and gave it a check — We made our own oobleck! It’s squishy, splashy, slimy and green, The strangest goo you’ve ever seen! So if your kid comes home today A little messy — that’s okay! Just know they learned and laughed all week In our silly Seuss-tastic Pre-K!
