‼️MEET THE 25-26 CANTON FFA OFFICER TEAM‼️ These next few weeks we’ll be introducing the new officers with some fun questions.
.
First up, who is stationed by the rising sun?☀️
•
Hello, my name is Hannah Hoffman and I’m your 25-26 President! My role is to lead our FFA and represent our chapter. This year I’ll be a junior, and currently my favorite song is Boys Don’t Cry by The Cure.🔹
•
Outside of the FFA I also am a member on the Academic Team, Art, History Day, and serving as the current Vice President in National Honors society. 🎯
•
I think the most valuable FFA experience is stepping out of your comfort zone, and being encouraged to try new things.🏆
•
My plans after high school are going to college with an interest of either journalism or biology.✍🏻
•
This year, what I am looking forward to is, completing in more contests! 🌱
•
Some advice I would give to younger FFA members is to get out there and try new things! It might change your perspective on things.💛

🛑OSSAA Summertime Dead
Period🛑
June 28-July 6, 2025
Just a reminder of the upcoming OSSAA Summertime Dead Period which will be from Saturday, June 28-Sunday, July 6, 2025.
During the "Dead Period", students and coaches at member schools may not use any athletic facilities/fields for activities governed by the OSSAA. Member school coaches, assistant coaches, and sponsors may not have any contact with secondary level enrolled or pre-enrolled students in that member school in any athletic activity governed by the OSSAA for the purpose of coaching, training or instruction.
During this time, ALL athletic facilities at Canton Public Schools will be closed.

Attention Girls Junior High Basketball Players and Parents: The girls leave tomorrow at 8am for the Junior High team camp at Morrison. Coach Davis has tried to send messages through our Thrillshare app. Right now only two JH girls have been responding. Please make sure you download the Canton Public Schools app so you can receive these important messages. You can check the image attached to this post. If you go to App Store and type Canton Public Schools you should see the correct app circled in the image. That's a screenshot from my own phone so I know it works on an Apple device.

Correction: There will be no Summer Pride tomorrow since it is Monday. Highschool boys' basketball will still meet at the gym between 10:30-10:45.

Reminder: HS Boys Basketball, PCH team camp starts tomorrow, first game is @ 2:00, so the bus will be leaving @ 11:30! Please be at the school by 10:30-10:45 to get jerseys passed out, if you do not attend summer pride.

Concurrent students need to get their enrollment forms to Mrs. Heath ASAP.

The CHS cheerleaders had a great day at K101 last Saturday. They learned a halftime routine, marched in the parade and cheered Nick Sullins and the East team on at the football game.
