Next up on the officer is the officer stationed by the Emblem Of Washington….. • Brody Martin! • My name is Brody Martin and I am serving as the 2025-2026 Canton FFA Treasurer. I keep a record of receipts and disbursement and encourage thrift among FFA members. I am going into my Junior year of high school and my favorite song currently is Sleeping Alone by Flatland Calvary. 📖 • Some other school activities I am in are Football and FCCLA. 🏈 • My most valuable FFA experience is going to Alumni Camp. I gained new friendships that would not have been possible without camp. I also learned a lot about FFA, what it stands for, and the responsibilities that come with being a part of it. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 • My plans after high school is to go to trade school, and hopefully become an electrician or firefighter. 💡 • I am looking forward to showing my sheep this year, attending livestock judging contests, Lead360 camp, and so much more. 🐑 • Some advice I would give to younger FFA members is to do as much as you can within FFA. Putting yourself in positions to do as much as you can opens up so many opportunities you may of not had before. XC practice is on Monday and Wednesday this week at 5 PM. It's not too late to join the team! We will start our regular practice schedule the first full week of school.

The theme for Canton Elementary is Adventure Awaits for the 2025-2026 school year. We need pictures of our Elementary students visiting places around the globe. Next up! Who’s stationed by the flag? • Harper Jones! • Hey guys! I’m Harper Jones, and I’m honored to serve as the 2025–2026 Canton FFA Chapter Reporter. In this role, I’ll be sharing our chapter’s activities and achievements with the community. I’m entering my junior year of high school, my favorite song currently is anything by Tyler Childers. 🇺🇸 • Outside of FFA, I’m actively involved in National History Day, National Honor Society, Votech, and I’m a member of the Canton High School Cheer Team. 📣 • One of my most valuable FFA experiences has been attending Big Three. It was the first FFA event I ever participated in, and it sparked my passion for the organization and everything it represents. That experience motivated me to become more involved and eventually join the officer team. 💕 • Through FFA, I’ve learned important leadership skills and how to connect with others in a meaningful way. It has also taught me the value of responsibility and respect. Every opportunity I’ve had through FFA and with my officer team has been incredibly rewarding, and I truly cherish each one. 🔑 • After high school, I plan to attend college and pursue a career in the medical field. 🩺 • I’m looking forward to participating in all the FFA activities offered this year, including early morning livestock judging, the State Fair crop competition, Lead 360, and many more. 🌅 • If I could offer any advice to younger FFA members, it would be to get involved and stay active. FFA provides so many incredible opportunities that you might not experience anywhere else. With so many activities to explore, you may discover something you’re truly passionate about. Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, if there’s something you want to try, go for it! Next up! Who’s stationed by the ear of corn?.. • Conner Martin! 🌽 • My name is Conner Martin I am your 25-26 Canton FFA Secretary. My duty is maintaining records for our chapter’s meetings , FFA activities, and the attendance of members. My favorite song is Find Your People by Drew Holcomb. 🌟 • Outside of the FFA, I also participate in esports and art. In the FFA I have a sheep SAE, I livestock judge, and I also weld. 🧑🏻‍🏭 • The most valuable FFA experiences to me are learning new leadership skills and meeting new people. These, in my personal experience, are what makes me love being in the FFA the most. 🧩 • After high school, I want to go to Northwestern Oklahoma State University, and major in AG education. I would like to eventually be an FFA advisor and teach. ✏️ • This year I am looking forward to all the FFA activities, such as the State Fair crops competition, all of the livestock shows, and different leadership events such as Lead360. 🐑 • The advice I would give to the younger FFA members, is to always do the thing you don’t wanna do, or the thing that scares you the most. Push yourself! You never know, that might end up being your new favorite activity to do.
